These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of ihavir.com (the "Website"), operated by IHAVIR Co., Ltd. ("IHAVIR," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms.
If you access the Website on behalf of a company, institution, government-related organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to use the Website in that capacity.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Website.
2. Website Purpose
The Website provides general corporate information about IHAVIR and its work relating to:
- Ukrainian UAV technologies;
- supplier and technology verification;
- technical due diligence;
- operational-training coordination;
- supply-chain diversification;
- technical evaluation and pilot projects;
- localization;
- licensed production;
- joint development; and
- market development between Ukraine and Asia.
The Website also provides a channel for initial business-to-business inquiries.
The Website is not an e-commerce platform, procurement portal, certification platform, training platform, investment platform, or consumer service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Osaka District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
21. No Waiver
A failure or delay by IHAVIR in exercising a right or remedy under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
